I have never been more excited about my practice. Over the past year, I’ve refined my focus to three primary areas: Social Security/Disability, Workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury. While I tend to collaborate with attorneys outside the firm on Personal Injury matters, I remain deeply involved in each and every case. Personal Injury work is often the most lucrative because of the pain-and-suffering component, and many cases naturally overlap across all three practice areas. For example, a Workers’ Compensation claim may stem from a third-party Personal Injury, such as a work-related motor vehicle accident, and ultimately lead to a Social Security/Disability claim.
My Workers’ Compensation practice continues to challenge and intrigue me. No two cases are alike. They range from the garden-variety back or leg injury to complex matters involving environmental exposure or long-term occupational hazards. That variety keeps me sharp and fully engaged.
If I’m honest, the most personally rewarding work I do involves Social Security and Disability claims. Now that I’m north of 70 and still fully committed to my profession, I have a deep appreciation for how life-altering it is when someone is unable to work due to a physical or mental impairment – or a combination of both. Thanks to my exceptional staff, we’ve had a strong record of favorable decisions. For many claimants, Social Security benefits along with Medicare or Medicaid is nothing short of life-changing, providing stability and benefits for the long term.
I would be honored for you to entrust me and the Mike Kelly Law Group team with any needs you may have in these three areas. And if your issue falls outside of our focus, please still reach out – and I will always be happy to connect you with the right legal professional.
