In this case, The Estate of Jane Hughes v. Bank of America, N.A., Case No. 7:15-cv-05083-MGL, Bank of America charged an elderly couple a monthly fee for years for a service that the couple declined in writing. Our firm alleges that Bank of America violated the Truth In Lending Act and committed fraud. The case is currently pending in United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
